  • Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the use of tiny, flexible needles to stimulate the body to respond in different ways. The procedure is safe, sterile and so commonly relaxing that even people who are needle-shy still have a relaxing experience. An acupuncture treatment may include other modalities, such as gua sha, cupping or moxibustion.

  • Nutritional Consultation

Eating well includes more than what ingredients you eat, it also focuses on how you eat and how your whole digestive system functions. Nutrition from the Eastern perspective doesn't isolate nutrients, it incorporates whole foods and ingredients that match your specific constitution and lifestyle.

  • Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine falls in between a prescription drug and an over the counter supplement. Whole herbs are combined to fit your exact presentation, making it easily absorbed into the body with few side effects but high effectiveness.

  • Telehealth

Telehealth appointments allow us to safely address conditions from the comfort of your own home. Appointment specialties are best for nutritional and herbal consultations and are currently for returning patients only.

My lifestyle is highly active, which means that I am often in recovery from some sort of ache or injury. Typically, these are relatively minor and don't disrupt my activities or life too significantly, but every once in a while I find myself dealing with something persistent or significant enough to take me out for a while. Sarah has treated me on multiple occasions and has cut my recovery time down significantly each time. What I think might be a localized issue might actually be connected to different parts of my body that I wasn't aware of. She's able to identify these interconnected tissues and systems, apply the right treatment, and get me back on my feet (which is a miracle, considering how stubborn I can be!). Highly recommended!

I don't love needles, so I'd been hesitant to try acupuncture, but Sarah took the time to walk me through the process to ensure my comfort with each little prick. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Whether I'm there for neck pain relief or easing cramps, I've always left her treatment room feeling eons better than before. Highly recommend!

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hands from knitting and hand sewing a lot over the holidays. Sarah brought me quick relief with acupuncture. Though I was a bit apprehensive at first her kind and compassionate treatment quickly relaxed me and let the needles do their good work! I'd go back to her any day and highly recommend her for her skill and her "bedside manner."

I box and rock climb on the reg. This created some pretty bad issues with my shoulders and back until I was wondering if I'd have to stop forever. Then I got recommended acu. Sarah's a total professional.
I'm seeing her now at her new clinic. I can honestly say she's the reason I can still work out and do the stuff I love comfortably without pain.
The new clinic spot's so cozy, so I walk out of there half asleep in the best way possible.

So I'm a 29 year old and super new to acupuncture... I didn't really know what to expect, aside from what I've heard from others. I was skeptical but went in with an open mind.
My experience w/ Sarah floored me. It felt like the first time a medical professional actually took the time to listen to me. She remembers stuff about me from previous sessions and I have the distinct feeling I'm not some anonymous patient, but a human being she's treating.
On top of that, she clearly knows her stuff. True expert.
Also: acupuncture works! Who knew? I've gone from nonbeliever to getting a session every week.

This was my first time getting acupuncture and I went in with no expectations and really enjoyed myself. She did some kind of magic with my heart rate and calmed me down really fast and really easily as I am a pretty tense person. A really cool first time experience and would totally do it again.

Every appointment with Sarah is a calm and restorative session. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, personal. I can't say enough good things about her! When I started working with her on my Hashimoto's, skin and digestive issues, and depression, I was skeptical about how acupuncture could help. Sarah is a healer through and through! So much positive change has come to me from working with her. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Looking forward to my next treatment.
